Edinburgh Napier University เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยของสกอตแลนด์ที่ก่อตั้งมาตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1964 โดยมหาลัยมีชื่อเรียกตามผู้ก่อตั้งนั่นก็คือ John Napier โดยรูปปั้นของเขานั้นได้ ตั้งอยู่ที่ Merchiston Castle (ที่ Merchiston campus) เดิมมีชื่อว่า Napier University ภายหลังจึงเปลียนชื่อมาเป็น Edinburgh Napier University ในปัจจุบัน

โปรแกรม International Incorporated Masters หรือ Pre – Masters ที่ Edinburgh Napier University เป็นหลักสูตรสำหรับนักศึกษาต่างชาติ รวมถึงนักศึกษาไทยที่ต้องการเรียนต่อระดับปริญญาโทที่ประเทศสกอตแลนด์ แต่ได้เกรดเฉลี่ยไม่ตรงตามหลักเกณฑ์การรับสมัครที่ทางมหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด ซึ่ง International Incorporated Masters จะเหมาะสำหรับนักศึกษาที่ต้องการปรับพื้นฐานทางด้านวิชาการและภาษาอังกฤษ และยังเหมาะสำหรับนักศึกษาที่ต้องการจะเปลี่ยนสายการเรียนอีกด้วย
