    Newcastle University ตั้งอยู่ทางตอนเหนือของประเทศอังกฤษ อยู่ห่างจากลอนดอนประเทศ 3.30 ชั่วโมง มหาวิทยาลัยมีคุณภาพ ได้รับการการันตีจากหลากหลายหน่วยงานทั้งในอังกฤษเองและทั่วโลก เป็นหนึ่งในมหาวิทยาลัยในกลุ่ม Russell Group ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีชื่อเสียงด้านงานวิจัย อยู่กลุ่มเดียวกับ Oxford และ Cambridge

    ตัวมหาวิทยาลัยมีลักษณะเป็นแบบ City Campus ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ที่มีอุปกรณ์การสอนและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอยู่ในรั้วเดียวกัน ห้องสมุด Robinson Library, The Access Centre และ Sports Centre ภายในสถาบันยังมีห้องแล็บที่ทันสมัยพร้อมสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ครบครัน ด้วยระบบภาษาซอฟท์แวร์ต่างๆ ไว้รองรับอย่างดีให้กับนักศึกษารวมถึงหอพักต่างๆ ทำให้เดินทางได้อย่างสะดวก แทบไม่ต้องพึ่งขนส่งสาธารณะใดๆ เพราะทุกที่สามารถเดินได้หรือถ้านั่งรถสาธารณะก็ใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 20 นาที

    เมือง Newcastle Upon Tyne เป็นศูนย์กลางทางวัฒนธรรมและความทันสมัย มีสถาปัตยกรรมที่โดดเด่นเป็นที่รู้จัก ได้แก่ สะพาน Gateshead Millennium Bridge, Baltic art gallery, รูปปั้น the Angel of the North ภายในเมืองยังมีแหล่งศูนย์การค้ามากมาย รวมทั้งสถานบันเทิงในยามค่ำคืน ทำให้มีกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ทำ เพื่อการพักผ่อน นอกจานนี้ระบบคมนาคมและการเดินทางภายในเมือง Newcastle สะดวกสบายด้วยรถเมล์และ Metro

    Newcastle เป็น 1 ใน 4 เมืองในประเทศอังกฤษที่มี China Town เป็นของตัวเองและมีรถไฟใต้ดิน นอกจากความที่เป็น City Campus ที่สะดวกสบายแล้ว ค่าครองชีพเองก็ถือว่าไม่สูง เมื่อเทียบกับเมืองอื่นๆ เมือง Newcastle นั้นถือเป็นเมืองที่มีเสน่ห์ ที่ยังคงสิ่งก่อสร้างในสไตล์ยุโรปโบราณ มีความคลาสสิกสวยงาม เป็นเมืองหลวงของทางภาคเหนือของอังกฤษ มีเมืองเล็กๆ อื่นๆ รายล้อม ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Durham, Sunderland และสามารถเดินทางไปเที่ยว Scotland ได้ง่ายมาก

    ตั้งแต่ปี 2015 ภาคเรียนกันยายนเป็นต้นไป ทาง Newcastle University ได้เปิด London Campus ขึ้นมาเพื่อรองรับนักเรียนที่ต้องการใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในเมืองหลวง แต่ต้องการมาตรฐานการสอนที่เทียบเท่ากันกับหลักสูตรที่เมือง Newcastle นักเรียนจะได้รับความรู้ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ไม่แตกต่างกันเลย หลักสูตรที่เปิดสอนมีทั้งแต่คอร์ส Foundation, Diploma, Graduate Diploma และปริญญาโท รวมไปถึงภาษาอังกฤษ
